Is it permissible to recite Surat Al-Waqi'ah with the intention of avoiding poverty, knowing that the Hadith mentioned concerning its virtue for avoiding poverty is not authentic?

The narration stating that whoever recites Surah Al-Waqi'ah will not be afflicted by poverty is a weak hadith. Scholars differ on the permissibility of acting upon a weak hadith in matters of virtuous deeds (fada'il al-a'mal); some permit it with conditions, while others forbid it. There is no impediment to reciting Surah Al-Waqi'ah with the intention of gaining wealth and avoiding poverty, but one should not believe that this is a recommended act or that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said it.
