It is forbidden to practice al-Nams (plucking eyebrows), and one must abstain from it absolutely, whether as a profession or a practice, due to its religious impermissibility. As for laser hair removal, there is no harm in it as long as it does not involve any damage, and it is stipulated that the awrah (private parts) should not be exposed except in cases of extreme necessity (such as when a woman is sick or elderly and cannot do it herself).

Regarding a woman working in a beauty salon that engages in some forbidden practices:

1. If she is the owner of the salon or a partner in it, it is not permissible for her to do so, because she is responsible for the forbidden acts occurring therein, and that from which benefit is forbidden, its price is also forbidden. 2. If she is merely an employee and limits herself to permissible work only, while denouncing the evil in her heart and offering advice, then it is permissible for her to work if she is in need and cannot find an alternative free from forbidden acts, while striving to search for work in a place free from religious violations.
