What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding disputes between individuals and tribes that involve threats, carrying weapons, and possibly firing shots or striking houses with weapons?

If a dispute arises between individuals or tribes, everyone must resort to the Sharia and submit to its ruling, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "But no, by your Lord, they will not believe until they make you judge in what has occurred between them and then find no discomfort in themselves from what you have decided and submit in full submission." They must refer their dispute to the Sharia judges and specialized scholars of knowledge to rule on it. It is not permissible for anyone to assault another with threats, gunfire, or anything else. The aggressor is sinful, and those in authority must deter him. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Every Muslim's blood, wealth, and honor are sacred to another Muslim." Therefore, all Muslims must fear Allah and control their actions in a manner consistent with the Sharia.
