Is there anything (wrong) with the act of Hajj that involves reserving seats on the bus, putting one's foot on a bag, and preventing the driver from departing?

What emanated from you by way of disputation to establish the truth is not among the prohibited forms of disputation; rather, it is permissible. The prohibited disputation is contention and quarreling without benefit, or regarding matters Allah has made clear, or that which harms and injures, or calls to falsehood, or discourages from the truth. As for disputation in the best manner to clarify the truth and nullify falsehood, it is permissible and obligatory, and it does not fall under the prohibited disputation during Hajj. The types of disputation are: disputation to establish the truth (which is obligatory), disputation concerning matters that are neither true nor false (which is prohibited), and disputation with falsehood (which is forbidden).
