What is your advice to a wife who married a man suffering from bipolar disorder who concealed his illness from her, and she fears his injustice if he were to take another wife due to his psychological condition? And should she help him, inform his family, and resort to ruqyah and supplication for his recovery?

"The wife should help her husband meet with doctors and encourage him to seek treatment. Ruqyah Shariah (Islamic exorcism/healing) is beneficial for every ailment. There is no harm in the wife speaking with his family to persuade him to abandon polygyny. He is not permitted to embark on it if he does not feel capable of being just, and if he does embark on it, then the wife has the right for him to be just between them. If the wife is harmed due to jealousy, she has the right to seek divorce (talaq) or khula'."
