Is a Cesarean section permissible before the full nine months if doctors decide that it is in the best interest of the mother and the deformed fetus, and will procreation continue with repeated fetal deformities due to consanguinity?

It is not permissible to abort a fetus in which the soul has been breathed, due to deformities, unless its continuation poses a danger to the mother's life, and this is determined by trustworthy doctors.

As for birth in the eighth month (and not abortion), there is no objection to it if doctors decide it for the condition of the mother or the fetus, as pregnancy can be completed in six months.

There is no objection to continuing the pregnancy and childbirth despite recurrent fetal deformities, and the matter is with Allah. Similarly, there is no objection for the spouses to refrain from procreation with a temporary contraceptive if they strongly believe that deformities will recur.
