Is it permissible, in Sharia, for a pregnant woman in her seventh month, whose fetus has been diagnosed with anencephaly, malformations, and hydrops, to induce premature labor artificially to avoid a Cesarean section, given that the fetus will not survive?

Mere fetal deformity or the possibility of the mother having a Caesarean section does not justify abortion, nor does it excuse proceeding with it on the grounds that the fetus might be born alive. Ibn Uthaymeen was asked about a woman who was eight months pregnant and the fetus was deformed, and he replied that it was not permissible.

Consideration may be given to the mother's condition and the extent of danger she faces due to the continued presence of the fetus.
