What is the meaning of the verse "فأثرن به نقعاً", and are the words "rose", "dust", "in" and "clouds" (ارتفع، غبار، في، سحب) present in it?

Al-Tabari said in his interpretation of the verse: ﴿فأثرن به نقعًا﴾ (And they stirred up thereby dust): "So they raised dust in the valley; and 'an-naq‘' is dust. And the 'hā’' in His saying ﴿bihi﴾ refers to the place, because it is known that dust is only stirred up from a place." Ibn Kathir said: "Meaning dust in the place where the horses clashed."
