What is said when the wind blows and the rain falls?

When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw rain, he would say: "Saiban Nafi'an" (A beneficial downpour). "Saib" refers to the rain that falls, and "Nafi'an" means averting the harm and corruption that severe rain might cause.
