What is the ruling on insulting religion during intense anger, and what is the ruling on marrying someone who does that, and does he exit Islam by doing so?

Blaspheming religion is considered apostasy by all scholars and is one of the greatest major sins and nullifiers of Islam. Anger has three levels: The first level: Loss of reason. This person is judged like the insane; their words do not carry any legal consequence. The second level: Intense anger that alters thought and causes a loss of self-control without a complete loss of consciousness. Scholars differed on its ruling, but the preponderant opinion is that it falls under the first category, so neither apostasy nor divorce occurs by it, but the person should be disciplined. The third level: Ordinary anger that does not remove one's reason, and all actions performed under this type of anger are legally binding.
