Is there any religious sin incurred by the wife who sought divorce from her husband after discovering his continued addiction to watching pornography and practicing masturbation, despite her attempts to help him and his promise to stop?

A woman is permitted to seek divorce if there is a legitimate religious justification, such as the husband's transgression (fisq) or clear harm inflicted upon her. Watching pornographic films and masturbating are causes for transgression (fisq), and a husband's inability to engage in sexual intercourse causes harm to the wife. Therefore, there is no sin upon the woman for seeking divorce in this situation. It is recommended to turn to Allah and ask Him for a righteous husband, and to seek assistance from righteous women, while it is permissible for a woman to seek husbands and perform Istikhara (prayer for guidance) regarding marriage.
