Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce from her husband who neglects her, drinks alcohol, watches pornography, takes her money and spends it on nightclubs, and forces her to watch pornography during intercourse, knowing that she bears all household expenses?

If the husband possesses the aforementioned characteristics, he is disobedient and negligent regarding his wife's rights. He should be advised to fear Allah, repent to Him, and give his wife her due rights. If he does not respond, assistance can be sought from those who have influence over him. If his situation does not improve, it is recommended for her to seek a divorce from him, due to his abandonment of Allah's rights. However, if she chooses to be patient with him and strives to reform him, she is permitted to do so. It is not permissible for either of them to watch pornographic films. Similarly, it is not permissible for the wife to give him her money for him to spend on forbidden things such as drinking alcohol and nightclubs, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not give the foolish your wealth."
