Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce from her husband who does not pray, does not pay zakat, owns a shop that rents out for selling alcohol, does not fulfill his marital duties, watches pornographic websites, and is convinced of his actions?

A wife must enjoin her husband to do good and forbid him from evil if he is in such a state. If he persists in that, she should separate from him through divorce or khul'. If the husband considers unlawful acts permissible and denies known obligatory duties such as prayer and zakat, he is outside the fold of Islam, and it is not permissible for the wife to remain with him.
