Is the onset of menstruation outside its regular time on the day of Tasu'a or Ashura a sign of Allah's wrath and a deprivation from fasting?

The onset of menstruation on Tasu'a and Ashura is not an indication of God's wrath, for it is something God decreed for the daughters of Adam, and it occurs even during Ramadan. A woman who intended to fast will not be deprived of the reward for her intention, and she should strive in good deeds that are permissible for a menstruating woman, such as performing dhikr (remembrance of God), maintaining kinship ties, and honoring her parents.
