The answer

Allah Almighty stated in the Noble Quran that animals and birds will be gathered on the Day of Judgment, as He says: "And there is no creature on [or within] the earth or bird that flies with its two wings except [that they are] communities like you. We have not neglected in the Register a thing. Then unto their Lord they will be gathered" (Quran 6:38), and "And when wild beasts are gathered" (Quran 81:5). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also informed us that judgment will be passed among them on the Day of Judgment: "Rights will be rendered to their rightful owners on the Day of Resurrection, even the hornless sheep will be avenged on the horned sheep." Ibn Kathir mentioned that the disbeliever will wish he were dust when he sees Allah judging between the animals and avenging the hornless sheep from the horned one, then commanding them to become dust.
