What is the ruling on reciting the Qur’an in congregation and performing prostration of recitation in congregation, for those who can recite and those who cannot?

Reciting the Quran collectively in one voice is not legislated, unless it is for the purpose of teaching, or if one person recites while the others listen, or if each person recites to themselves without disturbing others. This type of gathering for reciting and studying the Quran is legislated and recommended, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said regarding it: "No group of people gathers in one of the Houses of Allah, reciting the Book of Allah and studying it among themselves, except that tranquility descends upon them, mercy encompasses them, angels surround them, and Allah mentions them among those with Him." As for the prostration of recitation (Sujud al-Tilawah), it is sunnah for the reciter and the listener, but not for someone who merely hears it unintentionally.
