What is the ruling on a doctor and a nurse being alone together in the examination room before the patient arrives?

It is not permissible for a man to be alone with a woman, whether he is a doctor or a nurse with a nurse or a female doctor, neither in the examination room nor elsewhere, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No man is alone with a woman but Satan is the third of them." Examinations for men must be conducted by men only, and for women by women only.
