Is using the card again after its expiration, without the company's knowledge, considered a form of taking money unlawfully, given that there was a system glitch in the company that allowed it?

You are not permitted to use this card after having obtained your right from it due to the company's malfunction, because that is taking people's money unjustly. Allah Almighty says: "And do not consume your properties among yourselves wrongfully."
