What should I do, as my father has refused to allow me to wear the niqab despite the evidence for its obligation, and after several attempts with him, he threatens to leave the house, and I cannot bear to go out without the niqab?

We advise you to seek Allah's help and supplicate frequently during times when prayers are answered, asking Him to strengthen you, guide you, and guide your father to the truth. Show your father some books and let him listen to influential audio lectures. Be keen on honoring him, serving him, and showing cheerfulness in his presence. Speak to those who can influence him, such as relatives or imams of mosques. If adhering to covering the face and hands might cause you harm from him, you may go out in front of him with your face uncovered and then cover it in the street or at college, as there is an opinion allowing the uncovering of the face. However, if you can do without going out and are able to stay at home, that is preferable.
