Is it permissible for a young man who suffers from strong sexual desire but cannot marry a virgin, to marry a widow with the intention of divorcing her later, without the knowledge of the young man's family and the widow's daughter who resides abroad?

A sane, adult man does not require anyone's guardianship for marriage. Thus, he may marry without his family's permission or consent. However, this is not advisable to avoid family disputes.

It is not permissible for a man to marry with the intention of divorcing after a certain period or upon the occurrence of a specific event. This is considered deceit towards the woman. Even if he informs her and she accepts, it is still considered a forbidden temporary marriage (mut'ah), especially if the duration is stipulated. As for marriage with the intention of divorce without stipulating a duration, scholars differ on it. Some consider it forbidden and invalidates the contract because it is deceit, while others consider it valid if not stipulated, though they deem the deceit forbidden. The Fiqh Council views its prohibition due to its inclusion of deceit and deception, and the harms it causes.

Furthermore, concealing a marriage and not publicizing it renders it invalid according to the majority of scholars. It is advisable to be patient until marriage matters become easy and one gains the ability to bear its burdens, while practicing abstinence and adhering to the words of Allah the Almighty: (And let those who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty) An-Nur/33.
