How can one atone for claiming to have embraced Christianity while concealing Islam in one's heart in a foreign country?

Whoever utters a word of disbelief or commits an act of polytheism under duress due to a legitimate necessity (such as fear for one's life), while their heart is content with faith, we hope that Allah will forgive them. Allah, the Almighty, said: {Whoever disbelieves in Allah after his belief, except for him who is compelled [to do so] while his heart is at peace with faith}. You must resort to Allah and try to emigrate from any place where you do not feel safe concerning your religion.
