What is the ruling on working in a company that supports homosexuals?

If the company's activity is permissible, and your work therein does not involve anything unlawful or support for homosexual behavior, then there is no objection to you working for it. The support of the company's executives for homosexuality does not prevent working in permissible transactions that are not linked to such support, and this is not considered aiding in sin as long as your work does not directly aid in supporting homosexuality. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, dealt with the Jews despite their disbelief, such as his dealings with them in Khaybar and purchasing food from them.
