Does directing warm water to the sensitive area cause semen to exit, and does this invalidate the fast, and is ghusl required?

Mere apprehension of seminal emission does not invalidate the fast nor necessitate ghusl (ritual bath), because a mere feeling of arousal or the occurrence of desire does not entail anything. The fundamental principle is that the fast is not invalidated except by certainty of that which invalidates it.
