Islam has enjoined the utmost care for women, and it has given significant attention to the matter of satisfying the wife's sexual needs. It is stated in the Hadith: "When one of you has intercourse with his wife, he should do so earnestly. If he finishes before she finishes, he should not rush her until she has satisfied her needs."

The husband is advised to fulfill his wife's sexual needs, and if he experiences premature ejaculation, he should seek treatment. What can help him in this regard is foreplay with his wife before intercourse.
