Is the husband's inability to meet his wife's sexual needs due to erectile dysfunction considered haraam or a sin?

It is Islamically obligatory for the husband to ensure his wife's chastity (sexual fulfillment), and this is one of her most emphasized rights. The obligatory intercourse should be commensurate with her need and his ability. If he is unable to ensure her chastity due to sexual weakness, there is no sin upon him, but he must seek treatment. If treatment is not available to him, then his wife has the right to seek divorce due to clear harm.
