Do the brothers and sisters have the right to demand the inclusion of the plot of land gifted to their brother into their father's inheritance after his death, knowing that the gift was made during the father's lifetime and no one objected to it at that time?

Justice among children in giving gifts is obligatory, though it is permissible to favor one of them for a specific need. If a father favors one of his children without justification, he has done wrong. However, if the son acquired this gift during his father's lifetime and health, he owns it according to most scholars, and the heirs have no right to reclaim it. It is commendable for the son who was favored with the gift to return it to the heirs, as a precaution for his faith and out of filial piety towards his father. Ibn Taymiyyah said: "As for the favored child, he should return it after death, without dispute."
