What is the way to restore tranquility and serenity after feeling continuous distress due to fear of the threats mentioned in the Qur’an, as a result of interpreting it without knowledge, and what are other beneficial resources in addition to Ibn al-Qayyim’s book "Al-Dāʾ wa al-Dawāʾ" (The Disease and the Cure)?

The hadith: "Whoever speaks about the Qur'an without knowledge, let him take his seat in the Fire," was narrated by Ahmad and Tirmidhi, authenticated by Al-Suyuti, and deemed حسن (good) by Al-Baghawi, while Al-Albani and Ahmad Shakir declared it ضعيف (weak). Its meaning is: "Let him prepare a dwelling for himself in the Fire," which is a warning that may not materialize due to sincere repentance, or effacing good deeds, or intercession. The mercy of Allah is vast, and He accepts the sincere repentance of His servant no matter how great their sin, for "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin." The heart's disquiet over sin is praiseworthy if it leads to righteous deeds and seeking refuge in Allah. As for despair, it is from the whispers of Satan, so you must turn away from it and proceed on the path of Allah, holding good thoughts about Him.
