What is the ruling on the action of a father who, during his lifetime, gifted apartments to his male children and singled out one of them with the house he lives in for taking care of him, while he gifted the females half the value of what he gifted to the males, which led to a dispute among the children, and do the parents then have to equalize between the children in the gift?
