What is the meaning of "showing excellence to daughters" in the Hadith: "Whoever has two daughters and shows excellence to them, they will be a shield for him from the Hellfire"?

Being good to girls means raising them with a sound Islamic upbringing, teaching them the truth, and ensuring their chastity and their distance from what Allah has forbidden, such as displaying their adornment (tabarruj). This also includes the upbringing of sisters and male children, so that everyone becomes accustomed to obeying Allah and His Messenger and staying away from what Allah has prohibited. Indeed, beneficence (ihsan) is not limited to providing food, drink, and clothing, but extends to beneficence in matters of religion and worldly life.
