Is it permissible to postpone Hajj if the father fears his adolescent children will be tempted (fall into sin) in his absence for Hajj?

Hajj is an immediate obligation for whoever is able to perform it, but it is permissible to delay it for the purpose of marrying off a son if he is in need of marriage and there is a fear of him falling into temptation, and if the money is not sufficient for both. This is because providing for the son's chastity is a necessary expenditure, and it takes precedence over the obligatory Hajj, as it is among the rights of human beings and is pressing for the protection of the son from what is forbidden.
