The answer

The words of the Christian are false, for Jesus, peace be upon him, is the Messenger of Allah and His Word which He cast unto Mary, and a spirit from Him. He is not a god or the Word itself. Jesus is a created being who eats and drinks, who is addressed with commands and prohibitions, and who is from the progeny of Noah and Abraham, unlike the Qur'an. Jesus came into being by the word "Be!" and he is not the Word itself, and this applies to every matter that Allah wills.
