Is it sufficient to wipe the cover of the Mushaf and the pages that are thought to be impure with a wet tissue, or is it necessary to pour water on them to purify them, after the Mushaf was placed on an impure bed while a wet plastic glove was present?

A Muslim must preserve the Holy Quran by placing it in a pure and clean place and protecting it from impurity. If the Holy Quran becomes impure unintentionally, one must immediately purify the affected part with pure water, even if it leads to its damage. Wiping it with a wet tissue is not sufficient.
