Is the husband entitled to demand his wife back to the marital home through the court if the wife's mother intervenes and causes problems between the spouses, exploiting the husband's disability?

If a wife leaves her husband's home for her family's home without his permission and without a valid Shar'i excuse, then she is disobedient (nashiz) and must repent and return. Otherwise, the husband should take the matter to a judge to compel her return. Her return should be without any conditions, unless there is a justification for her refusal to return, such as the presence of one of the husband's relatives in the home. It is forbidden for the wife's mother to incite her daughter against her husband.
