Its harm outweighs its benefit, and whoever enters such sites is likened to a shepherd grazing near a forbidden pasture. Therefore, it is advised to avoid them and suffice with general websites. If one is compelled to enter them for a legitimate need and cannot find what they seek elsewhere, there is no harm to the extent of that need. If the websites are for children and free from forbidden content, there is no harm in entering them. A person should ask themselves about their purpose for any action. If someone swore not to enter girls' websites but then needed to enter one for a legitimate benefit, they should consider their intention and the reason that led them to swear: did they intend to abandon all such sites or specific ones? If their oath was general and without a specific reason, they must offer expiation for breaking an oath. However, if their oath had a specific intention or reason, that would particularize the oath. The apparent meaning of the question suggests that the reason (for the oath) was the viewing of forbidden content. If the forbidden content is no longer present, then entering the site would not constitute a breach of the oath.
