ما حكم معاشرة الزوج لزوجته التي زنت قبل استبراء رحمها، وهل تفسخ العلاقة الزوجية بذلك؟ وهل يجب إخبار الزوج بالزنا بعد التوبة؟ وهل يصح المسح على الرأس في الوضوء إذا كان الشعر مدهونًا بزيت من مال حرام؟

The married woman who committed adultery must hasten to sincere repentance and conceal herself with God's cover, not informing anyone of what transpired. It is not forbidden for her husband to have intercourse with her, according to the more preponderant opinion.

As for wiping over oil: if it is thick enough to prevent water from reaching the hair, then it is not valid. But if it does not prevent water, then wiping over it is permissible.

The fact that it was purchased with ill-gotten money does not invalidate the validity of the wiping. However, one must repent from acquiring unlawful wealth and dispose of it by returning it to its rightful owner. If the owner is unknown, it should be given as charity to the poor and needy, or spent on the welfare of Muslims.
