What is the expiation for adultery after divorce and incitement to abortion, and are blood money and fasting obligatory?

If the divorce is revocable, then the wife is considered to be under the husband's authority and he can take her back. Scholars have differed on whether intention is required for a factual return (ruj'ah bi al-fi'l). Some scholars hold that a factual return is valid, and it appears from the words of Hanafī jurists that it is valid even if he did not intend to take her back.

You have sinned by ordering her to abort the pregnancy, as that is forbidden, even if the pregnancy is in the nutfah (sperm/zygote) stage, according to the preponderant opinion.
