Is the relationship that began with love and continued with marriage and the abortion of fetuses considered fornication for which the prescribed punishment must be carried out, or is repentance and seeking forgiveness sufficient, and can Allah forgive these major sins?

One who has committed adultery must repent to Allah with sincere repentance, conceal their sin, and not inform anyone of what they have done. As for abortion, if the fetus has reached four months and the soul has been breathed into it, then blood money (diyah) and expiation (kaffarah) are obligatory. The blood money is a "ghurrah" (half a tenth of the blood money for a full man) if it is stillborn, and it is full blood money if it is born alive and then dies. The expiation is fasting for two consecutive months for each fetus. However, if the human form of the fetus has been shaped but it has not reached four months, then only blood money is obligatory, without expiation. If it is aborted before its form is shaped, there is no blood money and no expiation, and they must repent and seek forgiveness.
