Can you provide an interpretation of verse (195) from Surah Al Imran?

The noble verse, "So their Lord responded to them, 'Indeed, I do not allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female...'" clarifies that Allah answered the supplication of the people of understanding and promised them that He would not let their deeds go to waste, and that males and females are equal in reward. The verse promises the expiation of sins and entry into Gardens for those who emigrated and fought in the way of Allah. The verse emphasizes the virtue of emigration (Hijra), and that it is obligatory for whoever is unable to practice their religion openly and is capable of emigrating, while whoever is unable to practice their religion openly and unable to emigrate is excused.
