Does exchanging kisses and hugs with one's fiancé after the marriage contract, when accompanied by desire or subsequent discharge, necessitate Ghusl?

Mere touching does not necessitate ghusl unless semen is discharged, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Water (ghusl) is from water (semen)." So, if semen is discharged, ghusl becomes obligatory. If it is madhy (pre-seminal fluid), then ablution must be renewed, and the affected area and whatever it touched must be washed.
