What is the ruling on the emission of viscous drops while conversing with one's fiancée, and what is the ruling on the discharge of a few drops of urine after performing istinja' (ritual cleansing after urination or defecation), and is ghusl (ritual bath) obligatory in both cases for prayer?

The suitor and the fiancée are strangers (to each other), and it is not permissible for him to shake her hand, or to be in seclusion with her, or to speak to her absolutely without need. However, if the intention behind the engagement is the marriage contract, then there is no harm in the contracting husband speaking with his wife.
