What is the ruling concerning my past prayers in which I used to perform ablution without changing clothes after the emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid), due to my ignorance of the ruling regarding that? And is ghusl (ritual bath) required after meeting a beloved?

The relationship between the sexes outside of marriage is forbidden by Islamic law.
