Is it permissible to perform Hajj without a Hajj visa, such as for workers, whether they are able or unable to afford it?

It is permissible for a Muslim to combine Hajj and work, such as working for a company that serves pilgrims, whether rich or poor, and there is no harm in that. Allah the Almighty has permitted seeking bounty (sustenance) during the Hajj seasons, based on His saying: "There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord."
