What are the Surahs of Musabbihat, and what is the Surah about which the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Taking it is a blessing and leaving it is a regret, and the idlers cannot endure it"?

The "Musabbihat" are the Surahs that begin with glorification (Tasbeeh), and they are: Al-Hadid, Al-Hashr, As-Saff, Al-Jumu'ah, and At-Taghabun. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to recite them before sleeping, and he said: "Indeed, in them is a verse better than a thousand verses." As for the Surah whose recitation is a blessing and whose abandonment is a regret, it is Surat Al-Baqarah, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Recite Surat Al-Baqarah, for taking it is a blessing, and abandoning it is a regret, and the sorcerers cannot overcome it."
