Is it permissible for someone afflicted with waswasah to adopt the opinion of those who do not obligate ablution for every prayer for someone suffering from سلس (urinary incontinence), and that his prayer is valid if he performed ablution then the time expired while he was praying it?

We ask Allah to cure you of waswasah (whispers/obsessive thoughts). You must distract yourself from them and not repeat the prayer if you completed it before sunrise, even by an instant. You must focus on neglecting the waswasah until you recover. Even if you genuinely suffer from salasil (urinary incontinence/constant discharge), it is permissible for someone afflicted with waswasah to adopt the most lenient of scholarly opinions.
