Must Fajr prayer be repeated if the expiration of its time is doubtful, knowing that the worshiper suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswas) and continuous discharge (sals al-ifrazat)?

The cure for obsessive whispers (waswas) is to disregard them and pay them no attention. Delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time is one of the greatest sins. A person afflicted with waswas must strive against their self to overcome these whispers. If the time for prayer expires while a person with a continuous ritual impurity is praying, they do not need to repeat their ablution or their prayer. This is in accordance with the Maliki school's view, which permits a person afflicted with waswas to adopt the easiest rulings available to them.
