What is the ruling on taking a loan from the Saudi Hollandi Bank after their claim that the Sharia committee has approved it?

It is not permissible to take a loan from any bank unless it is a qard hasan (a benevolent loan), which is unrealistic. It is also not permissible to borrow with interest, even if by stratagem. Similarly, it is not permissible to open an account in usurious banks when Islamic alternatives are available.
