Is it permissible for a girl who was nursed with her paternal cousin's daughter to marry the paternal cousin's daughter's brother?

If the girl was not nursed by the man's mother or by a woman who nursed him with a considerable nursing, then it is permissible for her to marry him. For her being a sister to his sister does not prevent her marriage to him.
