Is it permissible for my brother to marry the sister of my cousin, who was nursed with my brother?

If the brother has been nursed by the girl's mother or by another woman who nursed her, then it is not permissible for him to marry her because she is his sister through suckling. This is based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "What is forbidden by lineage is also forbidden by suckling," and the verse from the Quran: "and your sisters through suckling." However, if he was not nursed by her or by someone who nursed her, then she is not forbidden to him.
