Is it permissible to marry a woman who has recently converted to Islam and has a child from her previous husband, despite the opposition of the parents, which is based on differences in nationality and customs?

Parents have a great right, and Allah Almighty has coupled the command to treat them with kindness with His worship. And being dutiful to them is one of the greatest deeds. If pleasing them conflicts with marrying a desired woman, their pleasure should be prioritized. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The parent is the middle of the gates of Paradise." If the parents insist on refusal, the advice is to obey them.
