What is the ruling on taking an amount of 74 dinars as payment for extra work that was calculated for 20 days, knowing that the actual duration was one week, and without being present after official working hours?

One must adhere to the work agreed upon with the company, for Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts." It is not permissible to receive a salary for overtime work that was not completed, as this is an act of betrayal and consuming wealth unlawfully, unless the responsible person is authorized by the company to do so, and it is considered a gift from them. If the company does not pay overtime wages except to those who completed their work during official working hours, then it is not permissible to take this bonus, and it must be returned or the company must be asked for forgiveness if it was already taken.
